Founded in 2020

Crusade To Manhood is a movement towards Godly manhood.

Back in 2019, Isaiah had been feeling a pull from God to step into a new mission, but he didn’t know what it was yet. He began praying over it and God slowly revealed it, a mentorship program! Not just any program but one for teen guys to teach the things that God had taught him, to bestow masculinity, respect, and a code of manhood.

As the plans began to unfold, he began to pray again for direction but this time for a team. God replied with setting CTM on Anthony’s heart, and as Isaiah prayed, God worked. Anthony texted Isaiah late one night, telling him how God had encouraged him to reach out and join Isaiah’s mission, and Anthony’s been a vital mentor in Crusade To Manhood since.

Who are the mentors?

Isaiah Toth

CEO, Founder, Co-Host of the “Crusade To Manhood” podcast

Age: 24

Superpower: Turning Awkward silence into a deep conversation

Often heard saying: “Make It Happen” , “Chase the Lion”, “Get comfortable with discomfort”

History:

Isaiah was Born in Wadsworth OH, lived in OH, NC, and SC, went to Clemson University, graduated in Computer Science and works as a software engineer.

Story:

Isaiah grew up in Ohio as the youngest in a family of 7 siblings but at the beginning of his high school career he and his family lost their home. He wound up finding a deeper relationship with God through this time as his life was a lot more uncertain. His family ended up in the ghetto. To keep busy, he joined the weight lifting class, track and chess teams, but he’d make time to volunteer at the boys and girls club where he first experienced mentoring and helping others grow. In Clemson he began leading hackathons and working a job as a lieutenant training over 50 student police.

Passion:

Isaiah is very passionate about helping men of all ages understand their “why” and identifying the mindset that is going to push them to pursue their God sized goals.

Pain point:

Through grades 2nd-8th Isaiah found himself often in physical confrontations with bullies. He got picked on for his height, weight, family, wealth status, and more. This was an opportunity that he used to learn about his own inner strength and something he is passionate about bringing an end to, through healthy understanding and exploration of masculinity. He learned to earn respect by giving it, and to break down the walls of any person to build deep and meaningful relationships. He loves sharing stories of struggle to identify the strength and help men find their inner lion!

Anthony Ball

COO, Co-Host of the “Crusade To Manhood” podcast

Age: 24

Superpower: Finding a way to make people laugh in any situation.

Often heard saying: “Thrive in the suck”, “Discipline equals freedom”, “I’m doing better than I deserve”, “Back when I was a boy *insert impossibly difficult task* and we liked it!”

History:

Anthony was born in Charleston SC and later lived in NC, ID, VA, and NH. He attended Clemson University, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2018. Shortly after graduation he began work as a Nuclear Engineer, saving the world by cleaning up nuclear waste from the Cold War. You’re welcome.

Story:

Anthony grew up all over the US, getting to experience the Rocky Mountains and vast plains of the Western US, the frigid winters of the cold white North, and the blistering summers of the South East. All the while he cultivated a love of sports and athletics playing football, basketball, soccer, wrestling, and lacrosse. At Clemson Anthony cultivated his passion for teaching and helping others through serving as a tutor for the University in a variety of STEM courses.

Passion:

Anthony’s driving passion is helping people learn and grow in whatever they are trying to accomplish, and passing down the lessons he has learned throughout his life.

Pain point:

At a young age Anthony had learned that expressing the emotions of fear, frustration, and anger was a sign of weakness. As a result, in High School and College he became very good at almost never displaying these emotions. This caused everyone around him to think that he was very nice, positive, and fun to be around, further enforcing that he should continue this practice. However, there was a weakness in this method that began to rear its ugly head more and more often towards the end of college. As a result of suppressing his negative emotions without ever resolving the source of those feelings, they would grow under the surface until he would react with unwarranted anger towards those he cared about most. Eventually after recognizing the problem and deep self-reflection, he realized that while it is important to control frustration and anger when it arises within him, it is necessary to resolve those emotions in a healthy way before they build up to a breaking point.
